We will facilitate the annual CMS Title IX lesson on harassment and bullying during our orientation days on August 10th, 11th, and 12th. Parents may opt students OUT of this lesson by following the directions on the opt-out form at https://bit.ly/LMCHSTitleIXOptOut2026.

We must receive this opt-out form if you do not want your child to participate in the lesson by Friday, August 7, 2026, at noon. 

All annual back-to-school forms will be electronically available through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. ALL students must have at least one parent/guardian who downloads and registers in the Portal. Directions for parents are available in English and Spanish.
